What I do

I started my consultancy practice because I’m passionate about solving the difficult problems startups face and saw a gap in the market for experienced RevOps professionals (particularly in Europe). The timing seemed right.

As a customer-centric GTM & RevOps leader, my focus is on building and optimising GTM operations for high-growth businesses. I help my clients to gain visibility of their end-to-end revenue funnel — from awareness through retention — and to identify gaps/blockers to achieving their goals.

Prior to starting my practice, I spent my career building RevOps functions from the ground up at VC-backed startups in the US and Europe (namely Onfido and Fidel API).

Based in London, UK, I work with clients across the globe.

Who I partner with

I work with Founders and Revenue Leaders at Seed, Series A, and Series B businesses who are looking to gain control of their GTM function. Different stages of growth present different GTM challenges; whether starting from scratch or looking to optimise your existing model, I can help to quickly identify root causes and implement the right solutions.

I have experience working with businesses and teams across a spectrum of business models [B2B, B2B2C], product types [classic SaaS, API-led], pricing models [subscription, usage-based, hybrid], sales motions [inbound, outbound, SLG, PLG, hybrid], and deal complexities [transactional, consultative, enterprise].

Who I am

Originally from the States, I live in London, UK and live with my wife and two sausage dogs. I’m interested in food, wine, music, travel, politics, history, and photography.
